William "Bill" Chiusano
Founder, CEO, GM
Born in Brooklyn and raised in New York City, Bill began working in the plumbing industry at the age of 15! After establishing a successful plumbing company in New York, Bill relocated to Arizona at the age of 28 to continue providing exceptional services to the Phoenix Metro Area.
David Honsik
Plumbing Technician
Currently a 1 year resident of Arizona, David has 5 years in the plumbing industry. As a plumbing technician David hopes to become a full time technician so he can put his experience to good use. David's favorite part of working with ABC is that it has taught him integrity, loyalty, and leadership.
Chrystal Madril
Dispatcher, CSR, Office Administrator
A 40 year resident of Arizona, originally from Pennsylvania. Chrystal has over 13 years of experience in the plumbing industry. Specializing in dispatching and managerial skills she makes an extremely valuable asset to our day to day work load. Chrystal's goal at ABC is to provide the best customer experience and ensure that all technicians have what they need to get the job done smoothly.
Woogie "Nitro"
Office Mascot, Generally Adorable
Woogie, also known as Nitro, is the ABC plumbing and Rooter mascot. He is a 4 year resident of Arizona, and is dedicated to inspiring smiles and enthusiasm from all the employees at ABC. Woogie is happy to be showing up every day and giving 100% to office spirit! As a dog, and office mascot, Woogie enjoys the finer things in life. He enjoys long walks, regular petting, and a good meal at the end of the day.
