Job Description
You will be running the front desk of ABC Plumbing and Rooters business. This will include answering phones, scheduling clients with technicians, managing payment collection, managing quote generation, and when you have free time you will be expected to organize the office and enter client data into our new system from our old system. You will also be responsible for making follow up calls and thank you calls to clientele.
