Bathrooms. When renovating your bathroom, definitely shop around for quality products like toilets, vanities, sinks and showers. You can also save some money by repainting cabinets and even your toilet.

Floor. Shop around for the best type of flooring for your lifestyle. Be sure to ask about maintenance requirement and durability. If you are unsure about installation, build hiring a professional into your budget.
